Non-stop Eee Love Affair

By now, we all know of its allure: svelte proportions, a flash drive, seemingly eternal battery life. Specs aside, however, Dwight Silverman at the Houston Chronicle observed another of its charms...
When it arrived at my desk, that's when the parade began. Five of chron.com's Web site developers trekked up to see the notebook, oohing and aahing over it. In fact, O'Connor made a second visit to my desk while I wasn't there but the Eee PC was. I found her sitting quietly, stroking it like a lost kitten.
A few days later, she ordered one, in pink.
