Philips LivingColors U.S. Launch in Q3

Guess what?
My little tantrum on the non-availability of the Philips LivingColor lamps in these parts paid off! I just got official word via our comments from Susan Bloom, director of corporate communications for Philips Lighting, that the company is on track to launch the lamps here in North America during the third quarter of this year.
It look a while for them to officially make the trip to the U.S., but it'll be worth the wait. In addition to the inherent coolness factor, a consumer launch of the technology on our shores will help bring energy efficient LED lighting into the mainstream and help combat the notion that LEDs only cast harsh, cold and artificial light.
We'll keep an eye on a firm ship date. See what awaits us here.
Thanks Susan!

These look beautiful! Heard about them from Jesus Diaz @ Gizmodo. Can't find them out and it's Q4 already... do you know where to find them in the US?
